ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
We do not offer refunds or exchange for purchases once fabric and trims have been cut. If you are unsure of the fabric colour, pattern, weight or style, please order a swatch before ordering the fabric.
Please note that all sales on designer fabrics and custom-made goods are final. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the order has been placed. This policy applies to:
- Designer fabrics cut to order
- Custom-made tablecloths
We highly recommend confirming measurements, fabric choices, and specifications carefully before finalising your order. If you need assistance, our team is always available to guide you through the selection process.
We do not offer returns or refunds on Sale items. All sale item orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or damaged.
If you wish to return an item you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and tags still attached. Items must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
We carefully inspect your item/s prior to shipping, however if you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to notify us at mosman@nochintz.com and submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of No Chintz and we will determine, in its discretion, whether or not this is a legitimate fault, small printed imperfections or dye lot variations.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Credit notes are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.

Credit notes cannot be replaced if they are lost.
